ARTICLE 3 - Conclusion and Effectiveness of the Contract

The sales contract is considered to be concluded by sending EUPRAXIA to the CUSTOMER of a confirmation email of the order. EUPRAXIA is committed to describing and presenting the articles sold on the site in the best possible way. ARTICLE 4 - Availability of products

Availability of the products refers to the actual availability when the CUSTOMER orders. ARTICLE 5 - Payment Methods

Any payment by the CUSTOMER can only be effected by means of the credit cards indicated on the website, by bank transfer, by PayPal or by SDD bank debit payment only if the CUSTOMER already benefits from Hire services from EUPRAXIA and therefore already sent the activation of the SDD service.

In case of payment with Paypal, the actual charge will be made upon sending by EUPRAXIA of the confirmation e-mail order.

ARTICLE 6 - Prices

All sales prices of the products indicated on the website are expressed in Euro and are excluded from VAT and, where provided, for the Raee contribution.

Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price but are indicated and calculated at the time of the purchase process before the payment is made.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER is obliged to return the goods within 14 days of the day on which he has informed EUPRAXIA of his intention to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

The goods will be returned to EUPRAXIA Italia s.r.l., at Deposito di Reggio Emilia (RE), Via Alessandro Volta 1/1 42123, Reggio Emilia (RE).

The goods must be returned in full, in their original packaging, complete in all parts (including packaging and any documentation and ancillary equipment: manuals, cables, etc.) and complete the attached tax documentation.
