GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The present conditions are valid only between the company EUPRAXIA srl, with registered office in Via Alessandro Volta, 1/1 - 42123 Reggio Emilia (RE), REA RE-306356, P.IVA 02709230359, hereinafter referred to as 'EUPRAXIA' Any person who makes purchases online on the website www.eupraxia.it/store called '' CUSTOMER ''. These conditions may be subject to change and the date of publication on the site is the same as the date of entry into force
These conditions govern the purchases made on the site www.eupraxia.it, in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Consumption Code, Legislative Decree no. n. 206/2005, as amended by D.lgs. n. 21/2014 and D.lgs. 70/2003 on electronic commerce.
ARTICLE 1 - Subject of the contract
With these general sales conditions, EUPRAXIA sells and the CUSTOMER purchases the specified movable property goods at a distance and is offered for sale at www.EUPRAXIA.it/store. The contract is concluded exclusively through the Internet, through the CUSTOMER's access to www.EUPRAXIA.it and the execution of an order of purchase according to the procedure provided by the site itself.
The customer undertakes to view, prior to confirming their order, these general sales conditions, in particular the pre-contractual information provided by EUPRAXIA and to accept them by affixing a flag in the indicated box.
In the order confirmation e-mail, the CUSTOMER will also receive the link to download and store a copy of these general sales conditions, as provided for in art. 51 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
ARTICLE 2 - Pre-contractual information for the consumer - art. 49 of Legislative Decree 206/2005
The CUSTOMER before the conclusion of the purchase agreement takes a look at the characteristics of the goods shown on the individual sheets produced at the time of CUSTOMER's choice.
Before the conclusion of the purchase contract and prior to validating the order with "payment obligation", the CLIENT is informed about:
- the total price of the goods including the taxes, with the details of the shipping costs and any other costs;
- payment methods;
- the period within which EUPRAXIA undertakes to deliver the goods;
- conditions, terms and procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal (Article 6 of these Conditions) and a form of withdrawal as set out in Annex I, Part B of Legislative Decree 21/2014;
- information that the CUSTOMER will have to bear the cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal;
- existence of the legal guarantee of conformity for the goods purchased;
- post-sales support and commercial guarantees provided by EUPRAXIA.
The CUSTOMER may at any time and in any case prior to the conclusion of the contract, learn about EUPRAXIA information, geographic address, telephone and fax number, e-mail address, information that is reported, as follows:

ARTICLE 3 - Conclusion and Effectiveness of the Contract
The sales contract is considered to be concluded by sending EUPRAXIA to the CUSTOMER of a confirmation email of the order. The email contains the CUSTOMER data and the order number, the price of the goods purchased, the shipping costs and the delivery address to which the goods will be sent and the link in order to print and store the copy of the Present conditions.
The CUSTOMER undertakes to verify the correctness of the personal data contained therein and to promptly inform EUPRAXIA any corrections.
EUPRAXIA is committed to describing and presenting the articles sold on the site in the best possible way. Nevertheless, some errors, inaccuracies or small differences between the site and the actual product may be highlighted. Furthermore, the photographs of the products presented on www.EUPRAXIA.it are not a contractual element, as they are only representative.
EUPRAXIA undertakes to deliver the goods within 30 days of sending EUPRAXIA of the order confirmation email to the CUSTOMER.
ARTICLE 4 - Availability of products
Availability of the products refers to the actual availability when the CUSTOMER orders. However, this availability must be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of multiple users, the products could be sold to other CUSTOMERS before the order confirmation.
Also following the sending of the EUPRAXIA order confirmation email, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically adjusted by deleting the unavailable product and the CUSTOMER will be immediately informed via e-mail.
If the CUSTOMER requests the cancellation of the order, by terminating the contract, EUPRAXIA will refund the amount paid within 14 days of the date on which EUPRAXIA was aware of the customer's decision to terminate the contract.
ARTICLE 5 - Payment Methods
Any payment by the CUSTOMER can only be effected by means of the credit cards indicated on the website www.EUPRAXIA.it, by bank transfer, by PayPal or by SDD bank debit payment only if the CUSTOMER already benefits from Hire services from EUPRAXIA and therefore already sent the activation of the SDD service.
In case of payment with Paypal, the actual charge will be made upon sending by EUPRAXIA of the confirmation e-mail order.
Payment communications and data provided by CUSTOMER when this is done take place on special protected lines. Credit card payment security is guaranteed by VBV (Verified by VISA) and SCM (Security Code Mastercard) certification.
ARTICLE 6 - Prices
All sales prices of the products indicated on the website www.EUPRAXIA.it are expressed in Euro and are excluded from VAT and, where provided, for the Raee contribution.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price but are indicated and calculated at the time of the purchase process before the payment is made.
The CUSTOMER accepts the EUPRAXIA faculty to modify its prices at any time but the goods will be invoiced based on the prices indicated on the site at the time of order creation and indicated in the confirmation email sent by EUPRAXIA to the CUSTOMER.
In the event of computer, manual, technical, or any other mistake that may cause a substantial change, not foreseen by EUPRAXIA, of the selling price to the public, making it exorbitant or plainly irresistible, the purchase order will be considered Invalid and canceled and the amount paid by the CLIENT will be refunded within 14 days. On the day of the annulment.
ARTICLE 7 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
The CUSTOMER intending to exercise the right of withdrawal shall inform EUPRAXIA through an explicit statement, which may be transmitted by registered mail to. Or by accessing the "My Orders" section of the "My EUPRAXIA account" page on www.EUPRAXIA.it, with the creation of a resume computer program.
The CUSTOMER can also exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit statement containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively forward the type of withdrawal form in Annex I, Part B, Legislative Decree 21/2014 (not mandatory) Whose text is as follows:

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER is obliged to return the goods within 14 days of the day on which he has informed EUPRAXIA of his intention to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The goods will be returned to EUPRAXIA Italia s.r.l., at Deposito di Reggio Emilia (RE), Via Alessandro Volta 1/1 42123, Reggio Emilia (RE).
The goods must be returned in full, in their original packaging, complete in all parts (including packaging and any documentation and ancillary equipment: manuals, cables, etc.) and complete the attached tax documentation. Subject to the right to verify compliance with the foregoing, EUPRAXIA will refund the amount of products returned within a maximum of 14 days, including any shipping costs.
As provided by Art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, EUPRAXIA may suspend the repayment until the receipt of the goods or until the CUSTOMER demonstrates that he has returned the goods to EUPRAXIA.
EUPRAXIA will make a refund using the same payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER when purchasing. In the case of payment made by wire transfer, and if the CUSTOMER intends to exercise its right of withdrawal, EUPRAXIA will have to provide EUPRAXIA by accessing the contact section, the bank coordinates IBAN, SWIFT and BIC required for the repayment by EUPRAXIA .
ARTICLE 8 - Legal Compliance Guarantee
In the event of reception of goods that are not in conformity with orders or defective, the CUSTOMER is entitled to repair without the expense of the product's conformity by repairing or replacing the product. CUSTOMER can exercise this right if the defect occurs within a period of one year from the delivery of the goods and denounces the defect to EUPRAXIA within two months of the discovery.
Subsequently, the customer will have to proceed to the creation of a resume computer by accessing the "My Orders" section of the "My EUPRAXIA account" section on the EUPRAXIA.it site. EUPRAXIA, in case of defective or non-conforming product, will arrange for product withdrawal, at its own expense, in accordance with the CUSTOMER's availability.
ARTICLE 9 - Business Guarantee
All the products presented on the site www.EUPRAXIA.com, in addition to the statutory compliance warranty referred to in the previous article, are covered by a commercial guarantee, the duration of which is mentioned on the product data sheets.
In order to benefit from warranty service, CUSTOMER will have to keep the invoice sent at the time of purchase.
ARTICLE 10 - Delivery Methods
EUPRAXIA will only accept orders to be delivered to Italy and the Republic of San Marino. The products will be delivered by express courier to the address indicated by the CUSTOMER at the time of order within and not more than 30 days. From the date of receipt by the CUSTOMER of the confirmation e-mail order sent by EUPRAXIA.
For each order made on the website www.EUPRAXIA.it, EUPRAXIA issues invoice of the shipped goods. The invoice is sent along with the product purchased
ARTICLE 11 - Liability
EUPRAXIA assumes no responsibility for any disavowal due to force majeure or casualty, even if it is affected by malfunctions and disadvantages of the Internet, if it fails to execute the order within the terms of the contract.
ARTICLE 12 - Access to the Site
The CUSTOMER has the right to access the site for consultation and purchase. No other use, in particular commercial, of the site or its contents, is permitted. The integrity of this site, whether sound or visual, and the related technology remain the property of EUPRAXIA and are protected by intellectual property law.
ARTICLE 13 - Cookies
The website www.EUPRAXIA.it uses 'cookies'. Cookies are electronic files that record CUSTOMER's browsing information on the site (see pages, date and time of consultation, etc.) and allow EUPRAXIA to offer a custom service to their customers.
EUPRAXIA informs the Customer of the possibility of deactivating the creation of such files by accessing their own Internet configuration menu. It is understood that this will prevent the Customer from proceeding to online purchase.
